Refund Policy

At a glance

• Every pack is a one-time payment. No subscription, no renewals.
• A video that fails to render gives its credits back to you automatically.
• Credits you haven't used can be refunded within 7 days of buying them. Just email us.

When a render fails

A video uses 10 credits. If the AI provider returns an error, rejects the photo, or the render runs longer than 30 minutes, the 10 credits are added back to your balance without you doing anything. Your credits page lists every charge and every refund.

A finished video that simply isn't what you pictured (different steps, a funny face, a pose you didn't expect) does not count as a failed render. AI video always varies a little, so please look at the sample on the homepage before you buy.

Refunding unused credits

For 7 days after a purchase you can ask us to refund credits you haven't spent:

• an untouched pack gets a full refund;
• a partly used pack gets the unused videos back, at that pack's price per video.

After 7 days we normally don't refund unused credits. They never expire, so they stay on your account for later. Something went wrong and you're past the 7 days? Email us anyway: every request gets a real look.

How to request a refund

Write to support@tiptoeing-in-my-jordans.com from the email address on your account, with your order ID (it's on your billing page) and a line about what happened. We answer within 2 business days. The money goes back through PayPal to the way you paid; banks can take 5 to 10 days to show it.

Disputes and unauthorized payments

Before opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback, please email us. It is almost always faster to fix it together.

If a payment looks like it was made without the account owner's permission, we may refund it and close the account.
