In a nutshell

• You upload a photo, our AI turns it into a 10-second tiptoe dance video.
• You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews, there is no subscription.
• Only use photos you are allowed to use, of adults who said yes (pets are welcome). No celebrities.
• We delete uploaded photos automatically 14 days after upload.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Anything else: support@tiptoeing-in-my-jordans.com.

1. About us and these terms

Tiptoeing in My Jordans ("we", "our") runs tiptoeing-in-my-jordans.com. Signing up, buying credits or generating a video means you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

This is an independent, fan-made tool. We are not connected to RiFF RAFF, the creator of the original tiptoe clip, ByteDance, TikTok or any rights holder, and your video does not include the song.

2. What the service does

You upload one photo of the dancer and, if you like, a second photo of someone who watches. We pass the photo(s) and a written description of the scene to a third-party AI video provider. The provider renders a short clip (10 seconds today) in the format you chose. A render usually takes about 5 minutes.

AI video changes from one render to the next. The face, the steps, the timing and small details can come out differently even with the same photo. Our samples show what a typical result looks like; they are not a promise of a particular result.

We may adjust, pause or retire parts of the service, for example when the video provider changes its models or prices. If we ever shut the service down for good, we will post a notice on the site at least 30 days beforehand and refund any unused credits bought in the 90 days before the shutdown.

3. Accounts

You need an account to buy credits and make videos, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Whatever happens under your account is your responsibility.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits come in one-time packs. Each pack's price is on the pricing page before you pay. A video costs 10 credits.
• Your credits appear on your account automatically as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
• PayPal processes a single charge. No subscription, no automatic renewal. You are only charged again if you buy another pack.
• Credits do not expire. They belong to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or moved to another account.
• Pressing Generate spends the credits for that video. If the render fails, the provider rejects it, or it has not finished after 30 minutes, those credits go back to your balance on their own.
• Refunds for credits you have not used follow the Refund Policy.

5. Your photos

Your photos stay yours. You let us store them, process them and send them to our video provider only to make the video you asked for. Photos are deleted automatically 14 days after upload.

When you upload a photo and press Generate, you confirm that:

• the photo is yours, or you have permission to use it;
• every person in it is an adult and agreed to appear in a tiptoe dance video;
• nobody in it is a celebrity, politician or other public figure;
• you won't use the video to mislead, harass, sexualize or defame anyone.

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is and isn't allowed in detail.

6. Your videos

As long as you respect these terms and the rights of the people pictured, you can download, keep and share your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, including your own TikTok, Reels or Shorts. How you use and share them is up to you, and so is the responsibility.

Please download each video once it is ready. The file itself is hosted by our video provider. We keep the record of each render (when it ran, its status, the credits used) and the link to the video for at least 180 days. That way you can download it again from your account, and we can show that an order was delivered if a payment is ever disputed. The provider's link may stop working one day, so keep a copy of anything you care about.

The same AI model makes videos for other people too, so other users may get videos that look similar. We don't claim ownership of your video, and we won't put your photos or videos in our marketing without asking you first.

7. When we block or remove content

We may refuse a request, stop a render or close an account if we think it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if someone in the photo asks us to. Credits spent on a render we stop for this reason are not returned. Content involving minors or serious threats may be reported to the authorities.

If a video made with our tool shows you and you never agreed to it, email support@tiptoeing-in-my-jordans.com and we will deal with it.

8. Limits of what we promise

We provide the service "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be online, free of errors, or that every render will match what you imagined. Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before that claim. Consumer rights that can't be waived by contract are not affected.

If we suffer a loss because you uploaded a photo you had no right to use, or used a video in a way these terms forbid, you agree to cover it.

9. Updates to these terms

We will update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows which version is current, and we will point out major changes on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
