Questions about paying
Is this a monthly plan?
No. You pay PayPal once for a pack and that is it. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. You only pay again if you decide to buy another pack.
Do I lose credits if a tiptoe video fails?
No. A video costs 10 credits. If the render fails, the AI model refuses the photo, or it still is not finished after 30 minutes, the 10 credits return to your balance by themselves.
Which pack is right for me?
Start with the single video ($6.99) if you just want to try it. Every render dances a little differently, so if you want to try several photos or friends, the 3-pack works out at $6.00 a video and the 8-pack at $5.00. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days.
The fine print lives in our refund policy and terms of service. Make your tiptoe video now.
